Use this form to report the following grievances which you feel contravene the league rules and integrity:

• Late notice fixture cancellation
• Player irregularities (such as fielding ineligible players)
• Standard of facilities
• Lack of qualified Official

The League will consider all grievance submissions, and where appropriate,  fine, deduct point or issue warnings to offending Clubs.
